Meet Talina – Voice Teacher
Talina is a singer, songwriter, and performer with a passion for helping students discover the power of their voice. A graduate of Ramapo College with honors and a degree in Music Performance, she has taught Music Theory and Voice and brings both professional experience and a love of teaching into every lesson.
Her career highlights are nothing short of inspiring—Talina is a founding performer of the national variety show The Really Big Show, where she has opened for headliners like The B-52s, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Jay Leno, and Mark Martell. Currently, she is headlining the 2025 Neurodivergent Tour, performing her original songs including Stairwell, Dream, and Why Haven’t I Done it Yet. With three #1 hits on the Independent Music Network and performances at Carnegie Hall, The Apollo, GMA Studios, Times Square, The Grove, Culver Studios, and Citi Field, Talina brings world-class stage experience straight to her students.
As a teacher, Talina makes lessons engaging and practical—students not only learn vocal technique and how to care for their voice, but also what it takes to perform with confidence, connect with an audience, and master their favorite songs. Whether your child is just starting out or already performing, Talina will meet them where they are and help them reach the next level.
Talina believes deeply in the advice Mary J. Blige once gave her: “Be true to yourself and your music and everything else will fall into place.” She works to instill that same confidence and authenticity in her students, encouraging them to grow both as musicians and as individuals.
